Booking Guidelines

• Reservations are available in one- or two-hour blocks. Book multiple blocks if you need additional time.

• The base fee becomes non-refundable once your reservation is accepted, including for cancellations, missed appointments, or unused time (including weather related cancellations).

• Reservations may be made from 24 hours to one month in advance.

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your visit. After that, the reservation is locked and changes require management approval.

• Your reserved time begins as scheduled, even if you or your clients arrive late.

• Sessions end at the reserved time. When the schedule permits, additional time may be approved at the posted overage rate, rounded up to 15-minute increments, at our discretion. Additional time is not guaranteed.

• Closed-toe shoes are recommended because insects, snakes, and other wildlife may be present on the farm.

• Optional U-Pick add-ons are available and include cups and loaner shears. The number of cups depends on the selected add-on package(s). Please return all shears, and please do not give them to young children.

• Finding the farm: Look for the red Wiley Farms sign and American flag on the right side of Old Highway 105 West.
